Sharpest luxury lease offers in the US this month. BMW, Mercedes, Genesis, Lexus, Audi, and Volvo with money factors and total drive-off.
Luxury lease rates softened this spring as captive lessors push 2026-model-year inventory. Genesis remains the value play in the segment. BMW and Lexus held money factors flat. Mercedes pulled hardest on its EQE and EQS to clear unsold EV stock. All offers below are 36-month, 10,000-miles-per-year programs in the US, current through April 30, 2026.
Total drive-off includes first month, acquisition fee, and capitalized cost reduction. Tax, title, and dealer fees vary by state and aren't included.

What to watch
- First-month payment waiver programs run with most German captive lessors right now. Ask explicitly.
- Multiple security deposits (MSDs) drop the money factor on BMW, Mercedes, and Audi by up to 0.00060. Each MSD is one month's payment, refundable at lease-end.
- Loyalty bonuses at Genesis and Lexus add class="relative z-10",000 to class="relative z-10",500 off drive-off for current owners. Stack them with the offers above.
The strongest plays this month: Genesis G70 sport sedan, Lexus RX for residual, Mercedes EQE if you want a luxury EV at a price that finally makes the math work. Ask for a sample lease worksheet before you commit. The residual and money factor are the only two numbers a dealer can't quietly inflate.
