Leasing is still the cheapest way into a new car each month if you don't drive heavy miles, and June's programs are competitive across most segments. Below are the strongest advertised lease deals I'm tracking nationally as of late June. Every figure assumes a 36-month, 10,000-mile-per-year term with the listed amount due at signing (first payment, down payment, and fees). Your local number will vary with regional incentives, taxes, and dealer participation — treat these as the floor to negotiate toward. All programs expire June 30, 2026.

Compact and mid-size SUVs

The volume segment, and the most competitive set of lease numbers this month.

ModelTrimMonthlyDue at signing
Honda CR-VLX FWD$309$3,299
Toyota RAV4LE FWD$339$3,499
Hyundai TucsonSEL AWD$289$2,999
Nissan RogueSV AWD$279$2,999
Chevrolet EquinoxLT AWD$269$2,799
  • The Chevrolet Equinox at $269 is the lowest-cost compact-SUV lease in June, helped by the same inventory glut driving its 0% financing.
  • The Nissan Rogue at $279 with AWD is the best weather-ready value, and the one I'd point a snow-belt buyer toward.
  • The RAV4 commands the highest payment — no surprise given its tight supply and best-in-class resale.

Sedans

Honda AccordLX$289$2,999
Hyundai SonataSEL$259$2,999
Nissan AltimaSV$269$2,799
Toyota CorollaLE$239$2,799
  • The Toyota Corolla at $239 is the cheapest lease on this entire page — a lot of reliable, efficient car for the money.
  • The Hyundai Sonata at $259 is the best mid-size value; high days-supply keeps its lease support generous.

Trucks and three-row SUVs

Bigger vehicles, but high inventory keeps several payments reasonable.

Ford F-150XLT 4x4$419$3,999
Ram 1500Big Horn$389$3,499
Honda PilotSport$429$3,999
Kia TellurideLX$409$3,999
  • The Ram 1500 at $389 is the best full-size truck lease in June, reflecting Ram's aggressive incentive posture and high lot inventory.
  • The Telluride lease is the one that surprised me — that truck almost never carries strong lease support, but high 2026 inventory finally made it possible.

How to use these numbers

Read the due-at-signing line, not just the payment. A $269 payment with $4,000 down is more expensive than a $299 payment with $2,000 down. To compare fairly, add the due-at-signing to all 36 payments and divide by 36 — that's your true monthly cost, and it's the only number I actually compare.

Mileage matters. Every figure here is 10,000 miles a year. Drive 15,000 and expect to add $30–$50 a month, or buy the extra miles up front (cheaper than the per-mile overage at lease-end).

Leasing wins when you turn cars over often. Keep cars 8–10 years and buying is almost always cheaper. Leasing makes sense if you want a new car every 3 years, want predictable costs, or are leasing an EV to capture the manufacturer cash. See my full guide to leasing a car in 2026.

Month-end is lease-deal season. Captive lenders set lease support monthly, and dealers chase volume targets in the final days. With June 30 approaching, this is the strongest negotiating window of the month — use it.

Deal details change frequently. Always confirm terms with the dealer before purchase.
