Best Family SUV Deals, April 2026

Three-row family SUVs at their best prices this month. Pilot, Telluride, Highlander, Atlas, Pathfinder, and more with cash and lease offers.

This deal expired on April 30, 2026.
Three-row Kia Telluride mid-size family SUV in profile

Three-row family SUV demand softened more than any other segment in Q1 2026, and that's good news if you're buying. Higher list prices, longer days-supply, and shoppers shifting toward two-row hybrids have put real cash on the hood for the first time in three years. April is the right month to sign on a Pilot, Telluride, or Atlas. All offers expire April 30, 2026.

Mid-size three-row SUVs

2026 Kia Telluride EX AWD class="relative z-10",5001.9% / 60 mo$499/mo, $3,999 down
2026 Hyundai Palisade SEL AWD$2,0000.9% / 36 mo$479/mo, $3,499 down
2026 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD$7504.9% / 60 mo$519/mo, $2,999 down
2026 Toyota Grand Highlander XLE AWD class="relative z-10",0003.9% / 60 mo$549/mo, $3,499 down
2026 Volkswagen Atlas SE Tech AWD$3,5000% / 48 mo$429/mo, $3,799 down
2026 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD$2,5001.9% / 60 mo$429/mo, $2,999 down
2026 Mazda CX-90 Turbo Select AWD class="relative z-10",0002.9% / 60 mo$479/mo, $3,499 down
2026 Subaru Ascent Premium class="relative z-10",5002.9% / 60 mo$449/mo, $3,499 down

The best total deal in the segment is the Volkswagen Atlas — $3,500 cash, 0% APR for 48 months, and the lowest lease in the bunch makes the math hard to beat. VW is sitting on more inventory than the segment average and moving aggressively to clear it.

  • Best lease per month: Atlas at $429.
  • Best brand-loyalty stacking: Hyundai Palisade ( class="relative z-10",000 returning lessee).
  • Best resale-adjusted deal: Telluride and Pilot, tied — both hold value better than VW or Nissan, which I always factor in.

Hybrid three-row SUVs

SUVCash incentiveBest APRLease (36 mo)
2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD$5004.9% / 60 mo$549/mo, $3,499 down
2026 Honda Pilot Hybrid EX-L AWD class="relative z-10",5002.9% / 60 mo$529/mo, $3,999 down
2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid EX AWD class="relative z-10",0002.9% / 60 mo$479/mo, $3,499 down
2026 Mazda CX-90 PHEV Premium$2,5001.9% / 60 mo$599/mo, $4,499 down

The Sorento Hybrid is the value pick. It's a tweener — not as roomy as a Telluride but bigger than a Sportage — and at this lease price it's about $50/month under equivalent gas mid-sizers without much real-world MPG penalty.

Three-row EVs

SUVCash incentiveBest APRLease (36 mo)
2026 Kia EV9 Wind RWD$5,0001.9% / 60 mo$549/mo, $4,499 down
2026 Rivian R1S Adventure Dual$2,5005.9% / 60 mo$899/mo, $7,499 down
2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 SE RWD$4,5000.9% / 36 mo$589/mo, $3,999 down

The EV9 is the standout — Kia is offering $5,000 in lease cash plus $2,500 conquest cash for buyers trading any non-Kia EV. (That's all manufacturer money, not the federal credit, which ended last September.) The $549 lease is remarkable for a 7-passenger EV with 304 miles of range.

Brand-loyalty and conquest stacks

The deals above are advertised — the deal you actually sign should be better. Make the dealer print every applicable rebate, including:

  • Loyalty bonuses if you own the brand: $500– class="relative z-10",000 typical
  • Conquest bonuses if you're trading a competitor: $500–$2,500 typical
  • Military, first-responder, and mobility rebates: $500 each, stackable
  • College-grad and recent-grad programs: $500 typical, mostly Toyota and Honda
  • Returning-lessee cash at the end of a current lease: $500– class="relative z-10",000

Three-row margins are wide enough this month that most stack-eligible buyers should land class="relative z-10",500–$3,500 below the advertised cash offer by the time they sign. Don't leave it on the table.

Deal details change frequently. Always confirm terms with the dealer before purchase.
